Seeking a well-qualified physician to care for patients in our two observation units. This position will report up through the emergency department and will be responsible for overseeing a team of highly trained NPs. Candidates must have both inpatient and pediatric experience.
Opportunity:
- Provide medical care to patients in our 14 bed unit at Harrisburg Hospital or 6 bed unit at West Shore Hospital
- Assess and treat patients within 24 hour observation period
- Provide oversight of advanced practice clinicians
- Work with leadership team to improve quality and best practices
