Ready for a change? We have 2 excellent, full time opportunities available for board certified Physicians in Kendallville and Wabash, Indiana. These positions offer a great work/life balance and there is plenty of room for professional growth and advancement. The focus is on providing the absolute highest level of care and the staffs are great to work with. A free-standing ER will be opening July 2018 in Wabash and the providers will rotate between these locations.

JOB DETAILS:
Shifts: 7am to 7pm OR 7pm to 7am ** 1/2 days, 1/2 nights **
Physicians will be assigned 12-14, 12-hour shifts per month rotating between two hospitals located within one hour of Fort Wayne, IN
2 weekends every 5 weeks on an equitable, rotating schedule (planned out 6-12 months in advance)
COMPENSATION:
ER-Boarded physician at Kendallville: $180/hr weekday, $220/hr weekend )Friday, 7pm to Monday, 7am
ER-Boarded physician at Wabash: $180/hr (all shifts)
Signing bonuses: $25,000 Wabash, $50,000 Warsaw
Relocation assistance- Up to $10,000
BENEFITS include but are not limited to:

ACEP dues plus $1000 for additional dues if needed
Retirement plan – $17,000 contribution from employer annually, 100% vested from day one of contribution
QUALIFICATIONS:
Medical licensure (or eligibility) in Indiana
Must have M.D. or foreign equivalent
Board Certification in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine required
