A highly respected 24-physician private Emergency Medicine group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine physician to join its longstanding practice serving the communities of Carrollton and Villa Rica, Georgia.

With a manageable schedule, dedicated nocturnists, Level II Trauma Centers, and strong APP support, this is an exceptional opportunity for an Emergency Medicine physician seeking both professional satisfaction and long-term career growth.

Position Highlights

• Join a 24-physician, physician-owned Emergency Medicine group
• Over 30 years of serving the community
• Work 16 eight-hour shifts per month
• Current schedule averages 14 day shifts and only 2 night shifts per month
• Dedicated team of 4 full-time Nocturnists
• Practice at both:
• Carrollton  – 40 beds
• Villa Rica  – 36 beds
• Annual Emergency Department volumes:
• Carrollton: Approximately 65,000 visits
• Villa Rica: Approximately 45,000 visits
• Both hospitals are designated Level II Trauma Centers
• Collaborative practice with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
• Outstanding collegial culture with true physician leadership

Compensation & Benefits

• Year 1 Salary: $325,000
• Year 2 Salary: $350,000
• Partnership beginning Year 3
• Average partner compensation: approximately $450,000 annually
• $50,000 Sign-On Bonus

Candidate Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Emergency Medicine residency trained
• Eligible for Georgia medical licensure
