About This Solo / Independent Practice Opportunity

This Emergency Medicine position in Sonoma, California is offered as a solo/independent practice arrangement. In this structure, you would own and run your own practice rather than being employed directly — billing under your own name, building your own patient panel, and controlling staffing, scheduling, and practice style. The recruiting organization typically supports practice start-up, and this model offers a high degree of autonomy along with the financial upside — and responsibility — of ownership.
