***$25,000 sign-on bonus available*** Emergency Medicine Physician Mendocino Coast District Hospital Fort Bragg, CA Overview: Mendocino Coast District Hospital (MCDH) is a JCAHO accredited medical facility serving a district which encompasses the coastal corridor from Elk to Westport in Mendocino County. MCDH is the “sole provider” of hospital services for the region, providing emergency and primary care, and assisting with preventive and rehabilitation services. MCDH is a 25 bed critical care facility. This state of-the-art 8-bed ED sees an average of 9,200 patients annually. The shifts are 10 hours days, 14 hours nights or a 24 hour shift. Medical consultants are available on-call in various specialties such as Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics, Pathology, Pediatrics, Radiology, Neurology, and Surgery Requirements: California Medical License Current ACLS and PALS certifications DEA License with California registration --AND-- ABEM/ABOEM Boarded or eligible --OR-- Boarded in a Primary Care specialty with at least 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience
