- Can be a 1099 independent contractor or W2 employed with benefits
- All programs will be 12-hour shifts
- Tucson has 2 hospitals with 400+ beds; southern Arizona has a 25-bed critical access hospital
- Tucson's 1099 shift rates are $250/hour and southern Arizona is 1099 at $275/hour
- Open to EM, IM, or FM physicians with current EM experience available to start in 2023
