Emergency Medicine Physician

Our client in the Gadsden Metro Area is currently in need of two locums Emergency Medicine Physician to join their facility and provide supplemental coverage.

Requirements:

  • BC/BE EM or primary specialties
  • Requires ATLS, ACLS and PALS
  • Previous ED experience required
  • Current AL license required

Practice Details:

  • Practice Setting: Inpatient
  • Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
  • Shift Coverage: 
    • Physician: 7a-7p, 12 p-12a and 7p-7a; 36 total hours of physician coverage/day
    • APP: 31 hours of total coverage/day
  • High Volume/Low Acuity; 2-3 patients per hour
  • Provider will be required to supervise MLPs
  • Backup of all Major Subspecialties
