Experienced General Cardiology Eastern NC
Cardiology and vascular group is recruiting an experienced general cardiologist to join an established multispecialty practice located in Tarboro, North Carolina. The growing practice includes providers across 12 specialties. Tarboro is located 30 miles northwest of Greenville, NC (population 92,000) and 75 miles east of Raleigh. Tarboro is a Patient-Centered Medical Home and a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved site. Position is employed and hospital privileges are at the regional hospital. Setting is both inpatient and outpatient with a 8-5 clinic schedule. Responsibilities include evaluation and management of cardiology patients, supervision of APP, interpretation of nuclear stress tests and echos, cardioversions and inpatient/outpatient consults. ICAEL accredited cardiovascular lab on site. The clinic is adjacent to the hospital campus. Hospital provides a full range of healthcare services to include: primary & preventative care, immediate care, specialty care, Lab, X-ray, ultrasound and ECHO. Robust referral network.
