This group is actively seeking a BE/BC Invasive, Non-Interventional Cardiologist to join their growing Heart Institute which consists of: 37 Cardiologists, 4 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, 2 Electrophysiologists, and 15 Advanced Practitioners. This physician will be an employee of a large heart group and will provide services through a PSA (Physician Services Agreement) with the main hospital gorup. This physician will join a group of 3 interventional cardiologist and 2 advanced practitioners. The practice is a mixture of office and hospital responsibility and is supported by a large and growing PCP group. Call is 1:4 on weekdays and 1:4 on weekends, coverage will be for all three hospitals. The physician work week will consist of 4 ½ days per week (1/2 day off) including: 1 ½ office days and 3 days in the hospital performing diagnostic procedures and hospital consults. The preferred candidate will be BC in Internal Medicine and BC/BE in Cardiovascular Diseases; strong clinical background in invasive and non-interventional cardiology with an emphasis in structural heart disease and cardiac imaging in the following areas: o experience in 3D-echo o TEE o nuclear imaging o vascular imaging This group provides a competitive compensation package that includes an income guarantee with a bonus options.
