• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call, 7 on / 7 off
• APLS, PALS, ACLS & BLS required & must be comfortable providing peds anesthesia on healthy children
• 170 - 200 surgical cases per month, average of 7 - 10 admissions per day & 4 admissions per night
• Bread & bread GS, ENT, ortho, OB/GYN, cataracts, peds dental etc
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
