- 1:7 Call (Call taken from home)
- Back up call taken by CRNA, post-call day always off, pre-call out early
- 50 cases a day on average
- 40% Endoscopy, 35% General Surgery, 20% Complex Ortho & 5% OB
- No Neuro, Heart or Cardio-Thoracic
- Cerner EMR
