 * Supplemental Privileges: Use of Fluoroscopy for Diagnostic and Therapeutic Pain Management, to include interpretation of the results of these studies as well as injection of contrast material into the spinal canal and neutoforamen*, Placement of Permanent Spinal Devices such as the Tunneled Epidural Catheter, Spinal Narcotic Infusion and Spinal Cord Stimulator Insertion and Management*, Facet Nerve Ablation, Selective Nerve Ablation*, Spinal Neurolytic Block for the Treatment of Cancer Pain* - Supplemental privileges require: Letter or certificate from Residency or Educational Program Director documenting clinical experience and training or evidence of current credentialing and experience from this or similar institution is needed before a request can be considered.
