- Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine
- Graduate of an accredited pain fellowship program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (recent graduate) by ABPM&R or ABA
- Fluoroscopy license
- California Medical License
Job Description
- 3-4 days clinic with 1-2 days surgery center
- Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
- 30 patients per day in clinic
- Skills in performing different levels of Epidural and facet block/RFA required
- Skills on MILD, Kyphoplasty and Vertiflex preferred
- NextGen EMR
- Option to perform EMG/Nerve Conduction Studies or ultrasound guided procedures if desired
