Practice Details

Our client is looking for a board-certified physician to work in Murphy, NC. There is also an opening in Blairsville, GA. The client is willing to help the Physician obtain an NC or GA license to cover both clinics. We are looking for someone to work anywhere from 10-20 hours per week at just one of the clinics, or split between the two. The candidate will be a direct hire with the client working as a 1099 employee.

Duties include:
  • Planning and supervising provision of treatment for patients (including regular review and notes in the patient's record) with a strong emphasis on quality & customer service.
  • Oversee any patient emergencies
  • Oversees patient care provided by a physician extender, signs charts, etc., when applicable
  • Supervises the administration of medications
  • Provides patient education specific to various disease processes within our scope of practice
