COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS Hematology / Oncology (HEMONC) 

• ASAP start - PRN dates ongoing

POSITION DETAILS Hematology / Oncology (HEMONC) 

• Outpatient clinic
• M-F 8a-5p
• Diagnostic and Chemo prescription
• Clinic: 10-12 patients per day
• EMR: CPSI
• IMLC eligible for licensure
• Board certification required or truly board eligible (within 3-5 years of completing training)
• Hematology / Oncology (HEMONC) needed
