PRACTICE - FAMILY MEDICINE (FM)

• 100% Outpatient Family Medicine (FM)
• Native American patient population
• State-of-the-art LEED gold certified facility
• Board Certification required (with the exception of recent graduates)

FINANCIALS- FAMILY MEDICINE (FM)

• $250,000 base salary
• Benefits include:
  • No Call, No Weekends, 4 or 5-day schedule
  • $50,000 student loan forgiveness via NHSC
  • $10,000 sign on bonus
  • $10,000 relocation assistance
  • $2,000 and 5 days CME annually
