COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS  FAMILY MEDICINE (FM/PC)
  • $260,000 base salary
  • Benefits include:
    • $100,000 student loan forgiveness
    • $30,000 sign on bonus
    • $3,500 and 5 days CME annually
    • $0 health insurance premiums for you and your immediate family
    • 30 days PTO and 6 paid holidays
    • wRVU production bonus
    • Option for weekend ER coverage (+$6,200 per weekend)

  • 25-Bed Non-profit Critical Access Hospital
  • Family Medicine
  • 80% Outpatient; 20% Inpatient
  • Underserved patient population
  • Call is limited to phone consults
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS  FAMILY MEDICINE (FM/PC)
  • American Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
COMMUNITY  FAMILY MEDICINE (FM/PC)
  • Located in the rolling hills of Western Wisconsin
  • Ability to commute from Eau Claire, WI (pop. 68,000)
  • Twin Cities, Minnesota is only 1.5 hours away
