- Teaching opportunity: 1 preceptor clinic/week to include 2-3 Family Medicine residents
- High degree of autonomy (ability to focus on subspecialty interests of choice)
- Interesting patient base; wide variety of cases
- Minor inpatient responsibilities (nursery work only)
- Base salary: $160000 base salary + productivity (average pediatrician earnings within the group range from $180000-$200000+)
- 4-4.5 day work week
- Target workload: 24 patients per day
- Full benefits package to include health dental vision and EXCELLENT retirement package (15% employer contribution)
- FQHC look-alike – eligible for State loan repayment program
- CME allowance of $2500/year
- Optional relocation assistance and/or sign on bonus offered by hospital
- 90 miles north of Fresno 90 miles east of San Francisco 65 miles south of Sacramento
