Permanent Geriatrics Job in Kentucky

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Primary Care (FM & IM)

  • $225,000 base salary and incentive bonus of $25,000 within first year = $250,000 salary in year one
  • Sign-on Bonus of $25,000
  • Sizable student loan forgiveness
  • As you build your practice additional bonuses are added, bringing the realistic income potential to $300,000

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Primary Care (FM & IM)

  • A physician-led and mission-driven, primary care organization that is transforming care of seniors and is currently one of the most successful full-risk Medicare Advantage providers in the nation
  • The physicians in this organization demonstrate accountability for outcomes, strong clinical care, and cost-effectiveness for each patient in their panel of up to 450 patients
  • 100% outpatient, Monday through Friday, no weekends

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Primary Care (FM & IM)

  • Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and/or Geriatrics
  • 2020 residents are more than welcome to apply
