Permanent Urology Job in Indiana
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Urology (URO)
- Base Salary= $360,000 + Commitment Bonus + Production + Call Pay = 75th Percentile of MGMA salary; Make a Minimum Yearly Income: $547,000
- Commitment Bonus: $60,000 (Paid upfront)
- $25,000 Yearly Retention Bonus
- Vacation: 30 days PTO + CME 5 days (35 Total days PTO = 7 weeks)
- CME, books, subscriptions: $3,500
- Annual Medical License Paid
- Relocation: Up to $15,000
- Benefits: Retirement, Life, Health, Dental, Vision
- Malpractice: PAID and Tail is covered

- Well established Acute Care Hospital. We pride ourselves on our quality care and technological advancements.
- 10 days of call required in a month 100% paid
- No competition, be as busy as you want on day 1
- Ranked in the Top 20 Hospitals in 2019 by the NRHA and have received many other National Awards.
- You will join a team of Urologists and provide comprehensive urological care within the community.
- The most junior urologist has been with them for 19 years
- You have the opportunity to teach medical school students if you desire.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Urology (URO)
- Board Eligible or Board Certified is accepted
- MD/DO is accepted
- Work in a collegial practice
- No Robot but open to getting one if someone will “lead the charge” so to speak.
