COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM) 

• $210,000 Base Salary Plus Production
• $20,000 Sign on Bonus
• $10,000 Relocation
• $100,000 Student Loan Repayment Available

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM) 

• Rural Family Medicine Practice 100% Outpatient
• 4-Day Work Week - Great Quality of Life 
• 15 to 20 Patients Per Day
• Take Over Established Practice and Fast Ramp Up
• Incredible Staff, Caring, Dedicated, Tenured

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM) 

• Recent Board Eligible or Board Certification Required
• See 15 to 20 Patients Daily

COMMUNITY Family Medicine (FM) 

• Located in a Rural but Beautiful Mountainous Area
• A little over an Hour to an Exceptional Ski Area: Powder days, Short Lift Lines, & Snowboard-friendly Terrain Draw Skiers this Destination
• Exceptional Fly Fishing and First-class Elk, Deer, Goose, and Duck Hunting
• Other Activities such as: Golfing, Swimming in the Hot Springs, Hiking
