COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Urology (URO) 

• 75^th percentile MGMA; base guaranteed for two years
• The sky’s the limit for this practice as the volume is there, it’s up to you to on earning potential
• Sign-on bonus is 10% of base salary

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Urology (URO) 

• B&B Urology, access to two Da Vinci robots
• Typical Monday - Friday work schedule with set days/times for consults, procedures, and surgery
• Block scheduling for surgery days

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Urology (URO) 

• Must be board certified, truly board eligible, or residents in urology
• Open to 2021’s (will offer stipend) or any experience level
