Permanent Geriatrics Job in Florida
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Primary Care (FM or IM)
- Compensation: $230,000 - $245,000 based on experience
- Sign-on bonus: $25,000 - $40,000 based on experience
- Additional incentive bonus of $25,000 before end of the first year = $250,000 first year annual salary
- Other benefits: 24 days PTO, CME days, CME allowance, covered malpractice (tail covered), relocation, and aggressive investment plans with company matching
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Primary Care (FM or IM)
- A physician-led and mission-driven, primary care organization that is transforming care of seniors and is currently one of the most successful full-risk Medicare Advantage providers in the nation
- The physicians in this organization demonstrate accountability for outcomes, strong clinical care, and cost-effectiveness for each patient in their panel of up to 450 patients
- 100% outpatient, Monday through Friday, no weekends
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Primary Care (FM or IM)
- Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, and/or Geriatrics
