Join a primary care group located near the Delaware Bay.  Practice involves outpatient only and is eligible to sponsor J-1 and H1-B visas.  This is a busy practice, but allows ample time off weekly and annually (including major holidays).  The practice has a competitive salary and includes a quality bonus and productivity bonus. The area is a mecca for outdoors enthusiasts because of the beaches and boating options.  Philadelphia is just over 40 minutes away.
