Teleradiology - Summary

We are a radiologist management group looking for a few radiologists to assist our staff with patient imaging. You will perform optimum reads for patients with-in our teleradiology network. The radiologist should be board-certified, have strong verbal and written communication skills and wants to make a difference by working in teleradiology. This position is full-time and offers health and dental insurance, along with a generous compensation package with options to become an Independent contract or employee of the organization.  

Teleradiology - Compensation, and Benefits

  • Full-Time Hours - 8 - 12 hour shifts
  • Night-Time Schedule - Monday - Sunday 7P to 7A or 5A
  • Compensation: $400K with benefits; additional shifts available, if interested
  • Full Healthcare benefits included at majority employers expense
  • Short term disability, 401K, and life insurance
  • Malpractice coverage with tail policy
  • 7 days on 7 off (ideal schedule but flexible)
  • Top 5% make between $600 and $800K per year
  • Technology provided by the company 

Teleradiology - Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform or interpret the outcomes of diagnostic imaging procedures including magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), X-ray, and ultrasound.
  • Communicate examination results or diagnostic information to referring physicians, patients, or families.
  • Coordinate radiological services with other medical activities.
  • Develop or monitor procedures to ensure adequate quality control of images.
  • Document the performance, interpretation, or outcomes of all procedures performed.
  • Confer with medical professionals regarding image-based diagnoses.
  • Prepare comprehensive interpretive reports of findings


Teleradiology - Requirements

  • State Medical License necessary but will assist with acquiring more 
  • Board Certified/Eligible by American Board of Radiology or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
  • Must be comfortable reading 10 - 13 RVU
  • Comfortable with MSK, MRI, Ultrasound, CT, and X-ray 
  • Must be a graduate of an ACGME accredited U.S.
