Permanent Family Practice (w/o OB) Job in Illinois

Springfield Clinic seeks exceptional board-certified/board eligible (BC/BE) Family Physicians for opportunities in the Springfield Clinic primary care offices in the region.    Springfield  Clinic serves a population of nearly one million patients throughout the central Illinois region.  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total 1st-year compensation:  $270,000

• $25,000 educational stipend

• Base Salary:  $230,000

• Signing bonus: $20,000

• Retention bonus:  $20,000(end of Year-1 and Year-2)

Practice Highlights

• Outpatient practices 

• Average 20 to 25 patients daily

• Hospitalist programs

• Experienced support staff

• Specialty Outreach Program

o Provides specialty care

• Advance Practice Providers

• Taylorville is the exception – Physicians take care of hospitalized patients.
