Permanent Family Practice: Outpatient Only Job in Miles City, Montana

Must-haves to be considered:

1.) Must be Board Certified or Board eligible with no more than 2 years out of residency

2.) Must have or be willing to attain a Montana state medical license

3.) Must have or be eligible to attain DEA

4.) Must relocate to the area fully before starting

5.) Must be comfortable in a rural setting with rural types of cases 

***New Grads and Residents will be considered!

Benefits:

Schedule:

• 5/8's
• 4/10's
• FLEXIBLE

Call schedule:

• 1:4 days
• Mostly calls/very rare for someone to actually go in.
• No rounding

Clinic details:

• Rural Health Clinic/ 25 Bed Critical Hospital
• Consists of 1-OB, 1-GS, 1-IM/PED, 2 NP's, 2 PA's
• Broad scope of services

Position Details:

• Starting a new panel!
• Daily patient volume: 20 per day
• ALL AGES
• Average 1 new eval per day @40 minute 
• Average 16-19 follow ups per day @25 minute 
• All scheduled appointments/very low cancelation rate

Direct support staff:

• 2 NP's/ 2 PA's/ RN's/ MA's

EMR:

• EPIC

Credentialing takes:

• 4 weeks
