• Work Monday to Friday 8am to 5 pm 
• See 15 patients a day on average
• Work with a nurse practitioner
• Patients are on vents but a specialists manages them
• No procedures
• Round 2 weekends a month
• 1 in 3 phone call rarely need to go in a night
