*1:2 initially and 1:3 Call (Have future grad committed)

*No trauma - rarely ever get called in (Trauma goes to 600 bed level 2 trauma center 20 minutes away)
*Modern hospital
*Robot
*Have 600 Bed sister hospital 20 minutes away
*6 Large OR's / blocked scheduling
*$450,000-$500,000 on-going Salary

*wRVU bonus structure
*High Earning Potential
*Sign-On / Stipend $75,000
