They are a 124-bed acute care hospital serving southwestern Indiana which includes nine counties and approximately 160,000 lives. Our active medical staff consists of over 60 physicians, and 85% of these doctors are board certified in their areas of specialty. Annually, we register over 106,000 outpatients and approximately 6,000 inpatients. The hospital was founded in 1951 and is sponsored by the Sisters of the Little Company of Mary, Inc. In the year 2001, the hospital will celebrate its 50th Anniversary of service to the public.
