Permanent Family Practice: Outpatient Only Job in Georgia
- This practice is a “traditional” – sees patients
in the clinic as well as the hospital
- Each doctor spends 1 day per week as the practice’s
“hospitalist,” rounding on all of the practices’ admitted patients
- When hospital rounds are complete, the physician goes
back to the clinic
- The position is primarily outpatient (75%)
- Partnership opportunity available
- “Phone only” call; Hospitalist group handles
nighttime & weekend admissions)
- 1:4 weekend rounding
- There are 3 doctors and 2 nurse practitioners in the
practice
- 8am - 5pm, M-F
