Size of Hospital/Facility: Peace River has 2 facilities with 20 beds in each facility
Reason for Coverage Need: there will be a vacancy, however client is sensitive to having this need released as it is confidential
Start Date: Direct Placement or Locums (contract) to Placement – 3 months locums to PERM
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9a-5p – hospital rounding; there is call coverage which is rotated 1:5
Patient Volume: Census varies – 6 PPD up to 20 PPD
Responsibilities: Treating and seeing children (as young as 5) up to 18
Practice Setting: Inpatient Unit
Average Length of Stay: 2.75 - 3 Days
Call Requirements: 1:5
Support Staff: there are LVN’s; Nursing Staff and 4 fulltime providers on-staff
Certifications Required: Active & Current Florida State License; DEA
Charting/Dictation: EMR system which has dictation capability (Dragon)
Permanent Salary Range: $215-$220K
