All positions are performance base pay with goal salaries in the 78,000 – 90,000.
Our clinical staff provide services on site at area long term care facilities in their community. Staff work in the contracted nursing homes working with the older adults that have been referred for psychology services. Staff perform individual therapy, diagnostic assessment, family therapy.
The individuals we hire would need to join our team Full-time. They would be expected to work with 45 encounters/week. All of the patients are in the long term/nursing home environment. The average age is 71 in the metro market. Age ranges from 18-102 years old.
