Length Of Assignment: Permanent

Call Requirements: shared between 2 MD's
Other Information: Clinic Hours M-F; 8-5 (get paid for 10 hrs)

Payor enrollment takes 120 days. Ky license +hours e credentialing is rougly 2-3 months.
