Psychiatry Medical Director Opportunity: Join a private, not-for-profit organization which offers a wide range of outpatient services for children, adolescents and adults experiencing concerns related to their emotional and mental health as well as to their alcohol or drug use in a leadership capacity as the Psychiatric Medical Director Manage the Medical Services program throughout Pawnee's 10 county area to ensure the viability, consistency and continuity of quality services. Hire, supervise and evaluate a qualified staff and ensure they are trained to meet the needs of the Medical Services program. Document concerns and provide feedback as necessary. Plan, prepare and manage a budget that balances the needs of the Medical Services program with the financial objectives of Pawnee Mental Health Services. Organization provides outpatient services through multiple office in Clay County, Cloud county, Geary County, Jewell County, Marshall County, Mitchell County, Mitchell County, Republic County, Riley County, Pottawatomie County and Washington County
