Neurosurgery – pedi with adult needed in South Texas.

Hospital employment:  is composed of 60+ providers, 15 FP Residents and 80+ support personnel.  This group manages 11 clinic locations including specialist services in general surgery, trauma surgery, plastic surgery, neurology, endovascular neurology, hospitalists, intensivists, interventional cardiology, ENT, orthopedics, palliative care, PM&R, OB/Gyn, primary care and sports medicine.

Or Group practice: Join a solo physician who has practiced in the community for more than sixteen years.

Community need and increased demand on surgeons for response due to call. Full time with clinic, OR days and call. Pedi neurosurgery is nonexistent so will need to grow the service, in addition to some adult services and adult call. New minimally invasive neurosurgery equipment – BrainLab, Zeiss System, TCD

Call: 1:3, paid neurosurgery call, including 1:3 weekends

Board certified or recently trained and seeking certification
