Compensation –A pediatrician will be offered a base salary of $170000 - $200000 (with experience) for the first year of their employment. In year 2 providers will move to a production-based compensation program based on charges.
Relocation- Reimbursement of reasonable moving cost is provided up to a maximum of $15000.
Sign on Bonus - A sign-on bonus of $50000 will be provided by the Hospital. Forgiveness period is for three years and prorated if employee leaves early. An additional $20000 signing bonus plus $5000 documented moving expense through the collaboration of Partnership Healthcare and their efforts to help secure primary care in the area.
