-7 on / 7 off or 5 on / 5 off schedule

-Salary breakdown:
     -12.5 shifts = $199800
     -14 shifts    = $223776
     -15 shifts    = $239760
?     -18 shifts    = $287712

-Less than an hour outside Nashua and Manchester and 1.5 hrs to Boston
