- Over 90000 annual ER patients visits in 2013 – WE’RE BUSY!
- Level II Trauma Center
- 3rd largest ED group in the country by volume
- Must be BC or BE
- General Partnership; partner from day 1
- 1500 physician partners throughout 9 states
- K-1 model (not W-2 or 1099) allows group to provide malpractice tail and competitive benefits package
- “Double coverage” site meaning physician will never be alone (2-4 providers on staff at all times)

- $150-$200/hr.
- Full time is considered 1500+ hours annually = approx. $300k annually
