Permanent Family Practice (w/o OB) Job in California
- Employed opportunity (W-2)
- Physicians staff county clinics and serve as core faculty for Family Medicine residency training program
- Teaching is required (1 preceptor clinic/week to include 2-3 Family Medicine residents)
- High degree of autonomy (ability to focus on subspecialty interests of choice)
- Interesting patient base; wide variety of cases
- Minor inpatient responsibilities (nursery work only)
- Base salary: $160000 base salary + productivity (average FM earnings within the group range from $180000-$200000+)
- 8-9 half days/week (4-4.5 day work week)
- Target workload: 12 patients/half day (24 total per day)
- Full benefits package to include health dental vision and EXCELLENT retirement package (15% employer contribution)
- FQHC look-alike – eligible for State loan repayment program
- CME allowance of $2500/year
- Optional relocation assistance and/or sign on bonus offered by hospital
