Internal Medicine physician needed to join 3 physician/1Nurse Practitioner group in Mobile Alabama. You will work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. You will see an average of 20-25 patients per day. The payer mix is 80% Blue Cross Blue Shield and 20% everything else. This position is all outpatient work with no call. The hospital that you are affiliated with has over 250 beds and approximately 660 physicians on staff. The population of Mobile is 300000. This city offers very affordable housing. Mobile has a mix of public and private school systems as well as colleges. The group is offering an income guarantee between $170000 to $180000. They will cover the malpractice insurance tail and relocation. The benefits includes: CME allowance time off 3 weeks vacation plus regular holidays observed by practice health insurance and 401k.
