-No call / hospitalists for all admissions and inpatient work
-Must be comfortable covering three clinic locations
-Production-based compensation w/ income guarantee of $180000-$200000 in year 1
-20+ physician group with built-in referral network
-Minimum 3 year contract
-Malpractice health PTO CME
