 * Other information: ONLY SUBMIT PROVIDERS THAT CAN WORK ENTIRE Block.  This is a Level I Trauma Center - all Traumas from the other Tenet facilities go to this Campus will be called 8-10 times per 24 hours and will have to go in at least 3 time per 24 hours. 

Must be able to do Spine and Cranial NeuroSurgery as well as EVD's  all Traumas that come in.  Must be Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Trauma

Minimal Malpractice claims since they need to go through Emergency Credentials.
