Female Reconstructive Surgeon sought to join a three physician private Urology group in Central New Jersey. Physicians in this practice maintain a good quality of life working four days per week. Position offers a high earning potential. Excellent compensation - base for two years, or less with potential bonus. Once the Surgeon is up and running, physicians are paid on productivity based on wRVUs. Two year partnership track with ancillary revenue. Strong referral base and plenty of volume. The hospital just bought a new XI Robot! Teaching is available.
