Permanent Family Practice: Outpatient Only Job in Bradford, Pennsylvania

Immediate opportunity for a Family Practice/Internal Medicine Physician in the northwestern area of PA.

Offering Sign On Bonus and Relocation Assistance

The office is located in a medical office building directly attached to the hospital with a full support staff including 3 nurse practitioners.

MD/DO – BC/BE (BE must be within 5 years of residency)

• Schedule:  M-F / 8-5 with one late evening (w/flexibility)
• Call Responsibilities:  1:6 w/ vacation coverage
• Payor Mix:  25% Medicare, 15-20% medical assistance , remaining is commercial or self pay.
• Patient Mix:  Adult, Geriatric, some children
• Patients per day: 20-25
• Procedures: Routine procedures including suturing, I&D, mole removal, punch biopsies, EKG, (ER & Xray located near office)
