Hospital is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to work in the CareExpress network of Urgent Care and Occupational medicine clinics affiliated with the hospital. The locations include Portage, Valparaiso and Chesterton; all open 7 days a week, 9 am to 9 pm. The ideal candidate will be comfortable seeing patients of all ages including infants and the elderly with experience in Urgent Care and DOT certified. Call is not a requirement for this opportunity.
