Permanent Surgery: Cardiothoracic Job in Syracuse, New York

Regional progressive healthcare system in Upstate NY seeks to hire a BC/BE Cardiothoracic Surgeon. This group is recruiting for growth and succession planning and have an excellent opportunity for a CTS who has strong expertise in valve replacement/repair, TAVR experience preferred. Here approximately 250 open heart surgery cases are done per year with a growth plan in place and expect valve volume to increase. Approximately 25 - 30 TAVR cases are done per year. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills and an outward caring demeanor with patients. Ideal candidates will have 5 to 10 years of experience and be board certified in Cardiology. Candidates with leadership experience or potential desired. Call share will be 1:3 night and weekend. Competitive salary offering, excellent benefits and malpractice insurance provided.
