Permanent Orthopedic Surgery: General Jobs in Ohio

--Hospital employed opportunity for a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon
--Subspecialty skills are welcomed
--Joint 2 other orthopedic surgeons and 2 PA’s
--Salary Range: Option #1: Base salary of $521,000 guaranteed salary for 2 years or Base salary of $692,000 (75%tile) guaranteed for one year and then switched to production contract.  Production bonus available when hit targets.
--Signing Bonus: 15% of base salary up to max of $50,000
--Vacation: 4 weeks plus holidays/sick days (29 PTO days). Additional 5 days when producing 75%tile wRVUs
--CME/Books & Journals: 5 days and up to $5,000.
--Contract also includes: Deferred compensation: 457b plan. Retirement / Savings Plan
--Moving Expense: $10,000 paid to moving company
--Medical School Loan Repayment: repay up to $200,000 ($25,000 per year for each year of service commitment)
--Pay for call program (CERP) - explained by CFO
