Responsible for ensuring that all services are incorporated to promote mental, physical health and recovery.  Serve as a practicing specialist, primary prescriber and may oversee services for a treatment program, a group of clients/residents, a facility, or a unit. Must be board certified in general psychiatry and possess NY State License. Eligible for full and unconditional participation in the Medicaid and Medicare programs.
