PRACTICE DESCRIPTION Location: Elko County, Nevada Specialty Requested: Orthopedic Surgeon: General Acceptable Sub-Specialties: Hand, Sports Gedicine, Total joints, Hips, Knees Fellowship training required: No, wide open for any Generalist or Sub Specialty Description of facility: Hospital owned and managed Orthopedic practice group Number of providers: 2 Orthopedic Surgeons and Physician Assistant Facility hours: Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Saturday: Closed Sunday: Closed Call: 10 days a month REQUIREMENTS: Must be US Citizen or Green Card - No Visa Candidates Foreign Medical Graduates Accepted Must be Board Certified Must have Nevada Medical License Must Have Active DEA/CSR COMPENSATION: W-2 Position Salary + bonuses= $550k RVU bonus plan Relocation assistance Sign on Bonus Comprehensive Benefits PTO CME Time and Education allowance
